apple cider vinegar


listen up ladies and gents! apple cider vinegar is the latest fad remedy being used for enhancement of skin, speeding up the process of weight loss, and overall health improvement.  as an ancient folk remedy used to cure any type of disease, apple cider vinegar has long been used as a "cure all" based off of it's use of naturally grown apples.  recently, however, apple cider vinegar has been discovered to improve health risks like diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure, heart functions, and cancer.  

one of the most popular ways to incorporate apple cider vinegar into your every day routine is through meal time.  after eating, take a shot of it mixed with some water for a little health boost.  the vinegar mixture is also good for your pets, because it wards of flees and helps boost the health and shininess of their coats.  thought the taste isn't necessarily the best, drinking apple cider vinegar is a great ritual to add to your every day nutrition and beauty routine.  to dull down the intense taste, try adding a bit of honey.
